A meaningful opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a values‑driven organisation delivering essential services across accommodation services, retirement living and community health programs. This role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager by providing high‑quality financial insights, analysis and guidance to strengthen decision‑making and organisational performance.

About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and portfolio leaders to deliver financial analysis, KPI reporting, modelling and performance insights. You will translate financial results into practical actions, build financial capability across the organisation, and support commercial decision‑making.
Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights, trend analysis, modelling and decision support across accommodation services, retirement living, community programs and support office functions.
- Translating financial results into clear, actionable recommendations to optimise revenue and manage costs.
- Supporting business cases for capital and operational initiatives, including options analysis, risk assessment and benefits tracking.
- Assisting with annual budgeting, reforecasting and capital works planning.
- Preparing portfolio performance reporting for senior stakeholders, including variance analysis and narrative commentary.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and organisational performance.
- Supporting audit processes and delivering ad hoc analysis as required.

About You




You bring strong analytical capability, commercial thinking and the confidence to partner with stakeholders across diverse service streams. You thrive in a fast‑paced workplace and enjoy turning complex financial data into meaningful insights.

Essential qualifications & experience:

- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, business or economics.
- CPA/CA/CIMA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in FP&A;, budgeting and business partnering.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis capability.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial concepts clearly.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable:

- Experience in accommodation services, health care or other regulated environments.
- Experience with Epicor or similar enterprise finance systems.
- Exposure to budgeting/forecasting systems.

Additional Requirements
This is a risk‑assessed role requiring:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or AFP check with NDIS application submitted).
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Up‑to‑date influenza vaccination (and other vaccinations as required).
- Occasional interstate travel, including overnight stays.
