About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Rectification Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team. This role supports the Brisbane Operations site by ensuring vehicles are repaired and ready for sale, maximizing their value.
The position is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are rectified on time, managing suppliers, panel shops, and other repairers. It acts as the primary point of contact for rectification matters and provides support to the wider rectification team. The role may also include administrative support for the broader Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support on-site and off-site repairers
- Build and maintain relationships with panel shops, dealerships, mechanical workshops, suppliers, and contractors
- Liaise with internal teams, sellers, and stakeholders to ensure vehicles are auction-ready
- Source quotes for panel and mechanical repairs through the approved repairer network
- Coordinate warranty repairs through the franchise dealer network
- Support and coordinate the workflow of Rectification Officers
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners
- Assist with vendor queries, including invoicing and accounts
Rectification & Operations
- Oversee all rectification activities, both on-site and off-site
- Ensure vehicles are prioritized and completed within required timeframes
- Monitor panel shop performance to ensure KPIs and quality standards are met
- Priorities urgent vehicles to ensure auction readiness
- Support warranty processes related to rectification
- Assist with auction activities as required
Logistics
- Coordinate vehicle movements between the site and off-site repairers
- Oversee vehicle movements within the rectification yard
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor supplier performance against quality standards
- Ensure all inspections, approvals, and sign-offs are completed accurately
Reporting & Administration
- Monitor daily reports and ensure timely action on outstanding vehicles
- Raise purchase orders and track rectification, salvage, and detailing work
- Review quotes for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare reports for internal teams and clients
- Review and process invoices for payment
About You
- Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation, or relevant industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability
- Ability to manage invoice processing and data entry with high accuracy
- Automotive industry experience (desirable)
- Experience with logistics systems (desirable)
- Current valid driver's license
