About the Role

Our company values quality workmanship, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to our core values. We have both Foreman and Electrician positions available in our commercial teams. You will work across a wide range of projects, not limited to but including;

- 106 Apartment High Rise

- Childcares

- Fuel Stations

- Industrial Units





- Education Projects

- Office Fit Outs

The Foreman role will be running a 106 Unit High Rise project in Redcliff, with responsibilities including;

- Leading teams in office

- Communicating directly with builders and project managers

- Coordinating materials, labour, and workflow

- Mentoring apprentices and junior tradesmen

- Partially on the tools when required

- Taking ownership of project outcomes, quality, and deadlines

You will be required to work in a team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering high-quality installations in line with ECQ & national standards

- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

- Managing your time and tasks to keep projects on schedule

- Working closely with project managers, clients, and other trades

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

- Representing the business professionally on-site

What we expect:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years post trade experience (Experience in high-rise multi res or commercial projects is highly regarded)

- Qualifications: Electrical license, current drivers licence, white card, and own tools (Additional licenses will be highly regarded)

- Professionalism: A strong commitment to high standards of workmanship and client service.

- Leadership & Initiative: Able to work independently, manage your own projects, and mentor apprentices.
