Brief

Team 400, an Australian leading AI delivery and training consultancy. Team 400 helps businesses use AI properly.

We build practical AI agents, automation workflows, software systems, and training programs that move companies beyond AI theory and into real operational capability.

We help clients understand what AI can do, where it fits in the business, and how to turn it into working systems, workflows, and measurable productivity gains.

We are looking for an AI Agent Orchestrator who can also help deliver AI training workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions across major Australian cities.

This role suits someone who is hands-on with modern AI tools, understands business workflows, and can explain AI clearly to non-technical users.

The Role

You will design, configure, test, and improve AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for clients.

This is a client-facing delivery role. You will not just work behind a laptop. You will help build AI agents and then travel to help business teams understand, adopt, and use them properly.

This is not a pure training role.

It sits between AI implementation, workflow design, client enablement, training, and practical automation.

Responsibilities

You will:

- Design and build AI agents for real business workflows

- Configure agents using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, OpenClaw, Make, Power Automate, and similar platforms

- Connect agents to business information sources such as SharePoint, Google Drive, CRMs, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems

- Test AI agents for quality, accuracy, reliability, edge cases, and business usefulness

- Improve agent performance through better instructions, retrieval design, workflow logic, and testing

- Help document how agents work and how clients should use them

- Lead/Mentor AI training seminars, workshops, and hands-on sessions

- Explain AI clearly to business owners, managers, and operational teams

- Demonstrate practical AI use cases live during workshops
