Description
- Partner with leaders across the Australian business and global HR network to design and deliver people strategies, policies and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring a positive and consistent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, organisational policies and HR best practice.
- Manage and optimise relationships with external HR providers, including oversight of outsourced payroll services and other key vendors.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support organisational growth, workforce planning, change management and capability development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement and organisational effectiveness programs that align people priorities with business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve systems and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of regional and global HR projects, programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across the broader organisation.
Please note: This role will require monthly travel to Adelaide to support key business stakeholders and maintain strong alignment with the broader Australian leadership team.
Profile
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in an autonomous role while building strong partnerships with leaders to drive both business performance and people outcomes. You will be equally comfortable operating strategically and rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical HR solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within a multinational, matrixed or complex organisational environment.
- Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leaders and successfully leading organisational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively across diverse teams, functions and cultures.
- Proven ability to operate independently while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational HR activities.
- Experience working within global or regional environments, with a strong focus on employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and culture.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
