An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time or Part-Time Cellar Door Manager to join our team.

The position will preferably be Full-time across a 9 day fortnight. Part-Time may also be considered for the right candidate for 4 days per week. Some weekend and public holiday work will also be required to ensure smooth operations during peak time in the Cellar Door and provide support to the team.

As the Logan Cellar door manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all staff, budgets and operations whilst driving a strong marketing effort that will perfect the current product portfolio.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations for our award-winning tasting room including all aspects of staffing, stock and ordering, administration and emails.

- Facilitate exceptional visitor experiences by being a passionate ambassador for the Logan brand and delivering premium tasting

- Driving Cellar Door sales revenue by growing database engagement, Wine Club conversions and E-commerce sales.

- Wine Club - auditing, processing and co-ordinating dispatch of monthly wine club cases. Maintenance of wine club portal, products and database.

- Events & Marketing:



Co-ordinate and oversee Cellar door events (both in-house and private) such as wine shows, Long weekends, seasonal Logan branded events. Assist with Local marketing, what's on and social media content creation

- Customer relationships: Maintain, manage, and develop recent and existing customer and supplier relationships

- Management of POS, CRM, and website systems.

- Ensuring compliance with Liquor licencing, RSA, Food Handling, WHS regulations and in house policies

- Overseeing budgets and financials for the Cellar Door including weekly balancing. Assisting the finance manager in compiling monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Managing Director and share holders.

- Evaluate performance and productivity of revenue streams and identify areas for growth or cost reduction

ATTRIBUTES:

- Proven prior experience in Cellar door, hospitality, events or tourism management

- Exceptional organisation, communication and leadership skills

- Problem solving and a roll-your-sleeves-up kind of attitude

- A passion for wine and exceptional guest experience

- Highly confident with Microsoft 365 programs, CRM database management, social media platforms and the ability to trouble shoot IT issues.

- Knowledge of general business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations) highly regarded

- RSA essential. WSET certification highly regarded or willingness to obtain

- Food handling certificate and First Aid certificate also highly regarded.
