Role Description
This role will play a tangible part in delivering outcomes for Evolve and our client across their Tasmanian property portfolio. You will grow and apply your knowledge of asset and facilities management while working with a caring and curious team of specialists who encourage each other to share ideas and grow our knowledge.
In this role you will:
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the requirements of the client contract.
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to other team members.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to problem solve, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver positive outcomes.
Support the delivery of the Property Asset and Maintenance Plans and Schedules by developing and maintaining a sound understanding of the requirements and ensuring they are met for the client.
