We're on the lookout for a passionate Casual Team Leader to join the crew at Yo-Chi Charlestown Square!
What you'll be doing:
Leading shifts and creating a positive, high energy environment for both guests and team members
Supporting the Venue Leader to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors
Is this you?
You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast paced environment
You love building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture
You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
Quick food experience is highly regarded but not essential
