About the Company:

Cetnaj is a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry. They form part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a successful national organisation who have over 300 stores Australia wide. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our branch at Cetnaj in Tweed Heads on a full time permanent basis.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Your duties will include:
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Organise and dispatch customer orders
Assist with picking and packing orders and replenishing shelves
Operate a forklift to move and manage stock
Conduct regular stock cycle counts and maintain stock control
Maintain accurate delivery documentation
Liaise with suppliers as required
Provide skilled customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Assist with additional warehouse tasks and management requests as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Drivers Licence




Previous warehouse experience and experience in sales and/or customer service
Ability to lift and move stock safely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
Reliable, punctual and motivated with a strong work ethic
Electrical product knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship will not be offered for this role)
