Full-time position

Landpower Southern is seeking a qualified mechanic to join our Ballarat workshop team.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across a broad range of farm machinery and equipment. You will carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs both in the workshop and in office at farms throughout the region.

The role

As part of the Landpower Southern service team, you will:

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide variety of farm machinery
• Complete scheduled maintenance and general workshop repairs
• Attend on-farm service calls and breakdowns
• Accurately record completed work, parts and service information
• Work closely with the workshop, parts and service teams
• Provide reliable, professional service to customers

About you

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A relevant mechanical trade qualification
• Experience working with agricultural, diesel or heavy machinery
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A current Australian drivers licence




• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A practical, safety-focused approach to your work
