At Marco Polo Kitchen, we're all about fresh, wholesome food, exceptional coffee, and making busy corporate customers' days a little better.

Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, we're a fast-paced café and catering business serving hundreds of customers every day. We work hard, have a laugh while doing it, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

The best part?
Our cafés operate Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, so your evenings, weekends and public holidays are yours.

We're looking for an energetic and reliable Food Service / Front of House Team Member to join our team immediately.

The Role

If you love being busy, you'll fit right in.

This is a high-volume, quick-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be preparing and serving our grab-and-go breakfast and lunch offering, keeping our displays looking amazing, and providing friendly service to our regular corporate customers.

Your day may include:
Heating, plating and presenting our fresh meals
Preparing sandwiches, wraps and cabinet items
Serving customers with speed and a smile
Restocking and maintaining beautiful food displays




Helping with basic food preparation
Keeping the café clean, organised and well-stocked
Jumping in wherever the team needs you during busy periods

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Loves working in a rapid-paced environment
Has a positive attitude and excellent energy
Takes pride in food presentation and attention to detail
Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
Understands food safety and hygiene practices
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Has hospitality or café experience (preferred, but not essential)
