Hakata Gensuke Tori Ramen is a pork-free chicken bone broth and ramen specialist.

We are now are looking for talented candidate to join our growing team!

The Job

You will be responsible for the food preparation. You will always ensure that all food is prepared according to the standards laid down in the kitchen manual, standard manuals, recipes, etc.

You will be self-motivated and self-disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team setting. You will have an ability to multi-task and be well organised in this busy hands on role.

You have availability throughout the week and on weekends.

Skills and Experience

You must have at least 2 years in restaurant/cafe experience

You must be able to handle food according to Australia standards

You must be able to work under pressure and work as a team player

You must have great communication skills

Preferred with Food Safety Supervisor Level 1 and 2 certificate.





Great knowledge and experience of Japanese ramen & culture

Salary $65,000pa - $74,999pa

Applicants must be Aust/NZ citizens, permanent residents or hold an appropriate work visa

Pay: $79,000.00 – $84,999.00 per year
