Series One is looking for reliable and hardworking Casual IT Field Technicians to join our team on a flexible basis.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, variety across different sites, and being out in the field rather than stuck behind a desk. You’ll be our “go-to” person for hardware installations, deployments, and technical support across client sites.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to client sites (mainly retail, restaurants, offices) to install and set up IT equipment (POS systems, displays, network gear, racks, etc.)
Perform hardware installations, replacements, and basic troubleshooting
Carry out preventative maintenance and site clean-ups
Document work completed (photos, checklists, basic reports)
Represent Series One professionally at client locations

What You’ll Bring
Robust hands-on / practical skills (previous experience in IT, electrical, AV, security, or general labouring is highly regarded)
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365,



and networking is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s licence + your own reliable vehicle
Valuable communication skills – able to speak clearly with store managers and staff
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
