We are looking for an artist with outstanding product knowledge and passion to work in our beautiful Art Store on a casual basis, this role is for a minimum of three days per week including Saturdays. You will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
Opening and closing of the store
Assisting with day-to-day store operations
Demonstrating solid product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
Maintaining the store’s appearance
About You:
Experience in a customer facing role
The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
Flexibility across the 6 days of the week including Saturdays
Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
