About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (WA) to join our national sales team. Based at our Perth branch in Maddington, you’ll be responsible for expanding our footprint across the region—representing leading global brands and delivering tailored solutions to clients across multiple sectors.

This is a key role for a highly motivated, independent sales professional who thrives on building relationships, hunting current business, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Grow existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships




Present tailored equipment solutions in face-to-face meetings
Manage quotes, pipelines, and CRM activity efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
Meet and exceed sales targets

About You
Proven experience in a similar role in B2B sales
Strong hunter mentality with a customer-first approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Tech-savvy with CRM experience and strong attention to detail
