About the Role:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, as a Boilermaker Welder, you will be working in our Wangara Workshop supporting a variety of welding duties including STT within a strong team with a safety focussed approach. ADENCO are seeking highly experienced individuals who are open to learn and demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately fabricate bespoke structural items to strict tolerances
Safely operate various welding equipment and machinery
Read and adhere to Fabrication Drawings
Pre-set and straighten work pieces as required
Commit to a ‘No Harm Culture’ and ‘Lost Time Injury’ free workplace
Proactively report current and potential issues to the Workshop Manager.
Protected Delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on
Complete JHA's, take fives, hazard reports and client safety protocols.
Ensure employees adhere to all ADENCO policies, including OHS&E; requirements and the Code of Conduct

Please apply if you meet the following criteria:
Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication trade)
Proficiency in GTAW, STT, FCAW, MAW and SMAW welding processes
Piping experience in welding Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel
Unrestricted Australian working rights & White Construction Card
Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR Desirable)
Ability to pass a welding test
