The Role - Full time Part time or Casual:

We have casual opportunities available at our Victoria Park location.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent patient journey from pre-testing, frame styling and dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build solid rapport with our patients.

We are looking for people with:
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals
Optics experience will be highly desired, though not essential. Full optics training will be provided.
A willingness to learn and undergo further training and development
Fast learners and enthusiastic
Previous experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service role is essential.
