Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen Kawana is a contemporary Japanese restaurant, serving primarily ramen, curry, donburi and Japanese comfort food in a relaxed, quick-service setting. We're looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store in Kawana.

As a Team Member / All-Rounder, you will work across both front of house and back of house to help deliver comfort food to your Customers and create a smooth guest experience.

What you’ll do
Greet guests and take orders with a warm, positive attitude
Serve food and drinks and assist guests during their visit
Help with food preparation and plating to Motto Motto standards
Keep the dining, service and kitchen areas clean and organised
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Work as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable to work weekdays, nights and weekends as required
Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required – training provided
