Our growing General Surgeon specialist practice is seeking a skilled, highly organised Medical Receptionist to complement our team.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team who understands that caring for our Surgeons and the Practice's patients is as important as your professional skill-set. You will wow us with your customer service skills and willingness to learn and follow processes. Your can-do attitude and ability to be a team player will be well suited to our team.

Flexible in your hours (if needed) would be viewed highly.
Be experienced and confident in working in a busy reception and dealing with meet and greet




Be a great team player – happy to assist others when needed
Possess excellent organisational skills, outstanding work ethic and punctuality
Display outstanding customer service skills
Have a capacity to perform well in a remarkably busy environment – must be a skilled multi-tasker
Happy to perform ad hoc administration duties for the Surgeons

Experience:
Must have minimum two (2) years Reception/customer service experience
