About you

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Customer Service specialist to join our team as Service Advisor at our busy multi-franchise dealership in Belconnen.

You will have an impressive attitude, a desire to achieve results and the ambition to succeed.
Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential. Hospitality or customer service experience well regarded
A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a rapid-paced setting
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management




High attention to detail
Current manual driver's licence essential
Excellent computer literacy
The ability to work in a team workplace
Well-developed telephone technique
Outstanding time management and organisational skills
