Knife Skilled Catering Attendant
Join our energetic team at Brisbane Airport as a Catering Attendant with specialised knife skills! We are looking for experienced professionals to contribute to our high-volume commercial kitchen, providing top-notch inflight catering for airlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience with professional knife skills in a kitchen environment.
Handle high volumes of produce with precision and consistency.
Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:




Proven experience in a commercial food production or catering environment.
Robust understanding of food safety and safe knife handling practices.
Ability to stand for long periods, performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Shift Availability:
Must be available for shifts from 7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, and 11:00pm – 7:00am.
Must be available on all days for a 7 day rotating roster

Eligibility:
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
Availability for long-term employment.
No student visa holders
