Please note: This is a 24 hour per week position based in Keysborough.

We are currently looking to recruit a data entry, sales savvy and customer focused person into our Customer Service team.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing our customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms. The primary mission is to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure each interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and supported.
Other tasks include processing orders, forms, and applications while maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.

To be successful in this role we require you to have:
A desire to be in a sales focused environment – experience not mandatory
A drive to achieve targets
Highly developed problem-solving skills,



negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a time critical workplace
Have data entry experience.
Experience preferred but not mandatory in the following software programs; Outlook, MYOB, Docuware and Excel
Ability to work well in a team
Have solid customer service skills
Sell our products to our existing customers.
Having quality conversations with our customers to maintain robust relationships.

Required education:
High school or equivalent

Required experience:
Customer Service, administration, sales or data entry: 2 years

Salary: $30 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
