As a Team Leader, you'll lead from the front, bring the energy on every shift, and help create the fun, welcoming experience that keeps our guests coming back for more. Working closely with the Venue Leadership team, you'll play a key role in developing the crew, driving performance, and making every shift a great one.

What you'll be doing
Lead shifts with confidence and keep the valuable vibes flowing
Support the Venue Leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to be their best
Help drive performance, achieve KPIs, and maintain operational excellence
Ensure every guest leaves with a smile

We're looking for someone who
Has leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR (rapid food experience is a bonus)
Loves developing people and creating a positive team culture




Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
Thrives in fast paced environments and brings a positive, can-do attitude
Is available to work evenings, weekends, and regular closing shifts
