Fish Filleter - Full time

About the job:

You’ll prepare and process fresh fish ready for delivery to customers across Melbourne.

You’ll work as part of a team in a rapid-paced food distribution business.

Your duties:

Prepare fish according to customer orders and company standards

Fillet different types of fish while minimising waste

Correctly ice, label, and store fish

Check fish quality and identify any changes that could affect the final product

What we're looking for:

Experience processing a range of fish species

Good knowledge of seafood products

Understanding of workplace safety and food safety procedures

Good hand skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Robust attention to detail

Must have fish filleting experience

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
