We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Motivated & Friendly individuals to join our growing team, working in a rapid past & supportive workplace.
Candidates must have any legal work rights to work in Australia.
You will be trained to assist customers in selecting optical frames and sunglasses, frame adjustments and repairs, dispense spectacle lens, answer incoming calls, maintain store tidiness and order, and complete general optical reception duties and prescreening.

Qualifications & experience
Enthusiasm: Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
Practical Abilities: Previous retail/customer service experience is required.
Optical experience will be highly desired, however full optics training will be provided!
Tasks & responsibilities
Working closely with our team of Optometrists & Optical Dispensers in providing outstanding Eye care and service to our customers.
Optical Assistants / Optical Dispensers are an integral part of any store team and crucial to customer service journey.
