About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will be part of a close-knit team processing Australia's premium wool for global markets. You'll begin by learning our packing and production processes before progressing to operating a range of specialised equipment.

Your responsibilities include:




Processing and packing wool products
Operating production equipment (training provided)
Maintaining quality and safety standards
Following production processes with attention to detail
Working collaboratively to achieve team goals

Roster:
Enjoy a structured 12-hour rotating roster that provides stability, consistency and a outstanding work-life balance.

About You
Has experience working shift work or rotating rosters
Holds a current Forklift Licence with practical operating experience - desirable
Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
Is reliable, safety-focused and eager to learn
Has unrestricted Australian working rights
