Parts Interpreter / Sales Person

McIntosh & Son, Dalby are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter / Salesperson to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our rapid-paced setting.

Key responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Participate in stocktakes

About you
A supportive team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities




Proficient in parts interpreting and business ordering software
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to interpret a technical diagram
While familiarity with agricultural machinery or a similar role is desirable, a fast learner with enthusiasm for teamwork and customer satisfaction will be looked upon favourably
