About the RoleAs Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations
Lead, train and support front-of-house staff
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage rosters and labour costs
Handle stock ordering and inventory control
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Drive sales and help grow the business
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a café or restaurant management role
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including weekends
