What you'll be doing:
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
Assist with merchandising displays
Participate in stocktakes
Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
Seasonal Weekends & on-call roster
What you'll bring to the role:
Ability to work seasonal weekends and outside normal hours during peak seasons
Minimum of 2+years experience in similar role
Proven ability to build skilled relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities
A supportive team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
Previous experience arranging freight and transport
Proficient in parts merchandising, selling techniques and parts ordering software
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to interpret a technical diagram is desired
While familiarity with agricultural machinery is desirable, a fast learner with enthusiasm for team-work and sales will be looked upon favourably
