McIntosh & Son, Geraldton are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our quick-paced setting.
Key responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Assist with merchandising displays
Participate in stocktakes
Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
Seasonal Saturdays & on-call roster
About you:
Ability to work seasonal Saturdays and outside normal hours during peak seasons
A supportive team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities
Proficient in parts merchandising,
selling techniques and parts ordering software is desired but not required for trainee
Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to interpret a technical diagram is desired
While familiarity with agricultural machinery or a similar role is desirable, a fast learner with enthusiasm for teamwork and customer satisfaction will be looked upon favourably
