Role Description The Sales/Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling and coordinating vacuum excavation jobs, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. The Sales/Operations Manager will manage new sales, client inquiries, prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include monitoring job progress, supporting staff,



resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and company procedures. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with leadership to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience building and maintaining client relationships.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with field teams, stakeholders, and customers.Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, monitoring KPIs, and informing decision-making.Previous experience in civil, construction, or related field operations and/or strong sales is beneficial.Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements for on-site works.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and job management or CRM software.
