As a Shift Leader at our Gympie restaurant, you play a critical role in how each shift runs - leading the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a outstanding experience.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving performance on shift and supporting the team in a fast paced environment.

About The Role

As a Shift Leader, you will:

Lead shifts and support the team to deliver robust service and food qualityCoach, motivate and direct crew throughout the shiftMaintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness and operationsEnsure smooth shift execution, especially during peak periodsCommunicate clearly and keep the team focused and on taskWork closely with senior management to drive performance and consistency

About You

We’re looking for someone who:





Has experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environmentIs confident taking charge and directing a team during busy periodsLeads from the front and is not afraid to get involvedCommunicates clearly and holds team members accountableTakes pride in high standards and consistent executionBrings energy and focus to every shift

This Role Requires

Availability across evenings and weekendsAbility to work late nightsFlexibility to support peak trade periodsResponsible Service of AlcoholFirst Aid & CPR - these can be obtained on employment
