What you will be doing:
Deliver outstanding service and technical advice to trade customers (training provided)
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients
Manage orders, returns, credits,



payments and customer enquiries via phone and email
Liaise with warehouse, technicians, sales and accounts teams to support daily operations
Maintain product displays, stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of orders
Monitor key performance metrics and support sales promotions and upselling initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or sales (pool industry experience highly desirable)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships across internal departments
Well-organised, detail-focused and able to perform under pressure
Dependable, trustworthy and self-driven
Comfortable working autonomously in an isolated role with minimal direction
Confident using systems (e.g. M3 or similar ERP tools)
