What you'll be doing
Building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
Understanding customer requirements and identifying practical product solutions to meet project specifications.
Providing technical advice and product support to both internal and external customers.
Working closely with customers from enquiry through to project completion, ensuring a high level of service throughout.
Promoting our product range and increasing awareness of our solutions across your territory.
Proactively identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
Working towards sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Developing a thorough understanding of our specialised product range and becoming a trusted adviser to your customers.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What we're looking for
Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within a technical, construction, civil or industrial environment.
A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Demonstrated success building customer relationships and growing sales.
A track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A willingness to learn a specialised product range and develop technical knowledge.
Civil engineering or related qualifications are advantageous but not essential.Civil engineering degree qualifications preferred
