This isn't a clock-in, clock-out kind of job.

We're after someone who takes ownership of the warehouse floor, someone who can jump on a high reach forklift, keep stock moving and spot a problem before it becomes one. You'll play a hands-on role in the daily flow of our busy 3PL operation, from receipting containers through to dispatch support, and everything in between. What You'll Be Doing

Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently in narrow aisles, loading and unloading trucks and containers, putaways, replenishment and pallet movements, supporting receipting and dispatch, picking and packing when required, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure. You'll work closely with the ops team to keep things moving, flag issues early and contribute ideas to improve how we work.

What We're Looking For

A current Forklift Licence (LF) is essential,



along with solid hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics environment — high reach experience is highly regarded. You'll be physically fit, sharp on detail, reliable and comfortable backing yourself when working independently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to be a genuine team player matter just as much as the ticket.
