About the role
Support the Restaurant General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage restaurant operations including shift management, rostering and team performance.
Drive sales, labour efficiency and operational KPIs.
Monitor stock levels, inventory and ordering.
Maintain high food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
Recruit, train and develop crew members and shift leaders.
Build a positive team culture and strong relationships within the local community.
About you
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Manager or Team Leader.
Experience in hospitality, fast food, QSR or retail management.
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Current Food Safety Certificate (preferred).
Requires bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting (up to 10 kilograms, as necessary)
Ability to travel to other restaurants, meeting venues, etc.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
