Cho Cho San is looking for a Cook. This position is a full time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Potts Point, NSW.

They will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
Involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision; i.e.
carries out cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering
general pantry duties, including ensuring fresh food and dry goods are stored correctly by maintaining stock rotation and transporting items from the delivery area to the appropriate storage area
Other duties, as directed within the limits of competence

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
Relevant Certificate III
At least 1 year of experience full time
Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential
