About Us

Allied Dental and Centre for Prosthodontics (CFP) are two established, growing dental networks across Perth — six general practices under Allied Dental and three specialist prosthodontic clinics under CFP. Our in-house marketing team drives brand, content and growth across both networks, and we're looking for a hands-on Coordinator to join us at an exciting time of expansion.

About the Role

As our Marketing, Content & Events Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the production and execution side of our marketing — bringing our content calendar, social channels, EDMs and events to life across multiple brands and locations. You'll work closely with our Marketing team, who'll continue to lead strategy, planning and content capture, while you focus on turning that into consistently published, on-brand content and well-run events.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating educational, networking and promotional events for CFP, from planning through to delivery
Editing short-form video for social media (CapCut or similar)
Creating basic graphics and marketing collateral (Canva or similar)
Writing social media captions and scheduling content across all platforms
Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent, on-brand publishing
Editing and publishing content captured in-house




Monitoring and reporting on engagement across social channels
Creating and sending EDM campaigns via MailChimp and HubSpot (newsletters, educational comms, event promotions)
Creating and maintaining Google Business Profile content
Coordinating website content updates with our external agencies
Supporting general marketing admin, asset management and brand consistency

About You
Experience in marketing coordination, content creation and social media management
Some event coordination experience
Confident with tools like Canva, CapCut & MailChimp (or similar platforms). Experience with HubSpot highly regarded
Highly organised, creative and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple projects across different brands and locations
A team player who's keen to grow with us as our marketing function expands
