MalayaLane is looking for a reliable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our growing Malaysian restaurant team.

Responsibilities
Food preparation and basic cooking
Assisting chefs during service
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Receiving and storing stock correctly
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting with opening and closing duties

Requirements
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, Asian restaurant or similar setting is preferred
Must be available for at least four days per week
Availability across weekdays and weekends
Must have reliable transport, as public transport is limited in the area
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team




Must be willing to commit for a minimum of six months

Employment Details
Casual position
Approximately 25 hours or more per week
Casual pay rate based on experience and relevant award rates
Training will be provided
Chance for additional hours for the right candidate
