Main Tasks:
Coordinate workshops and events, including but not limited to drafting event information, setting up and monitoring registrations distributing and analysing evaluation forms and organising catering, setting up AV and packing up of facilities
Coordinate and process membership applications, including exporting regular reports for Board approval.
Manage the planning process for large scale events such as the Annual General Meeting
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, consumers, and external stakeholders
Act as a liaison point for enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and sensitive communication
Support marketing and communications, including social media posts and email marketing
Track project and program actions to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
Liaise with external stakeholders to organise project meetings and set agendas
Contribute to project and other reports (eg funding reports)
Attend project meetings and take minutes where required
Oversee internal system for regular consumer representative payments, ensuring payments are made in a timely and accurate manner
Create and distribute emails and newsletters (including using software such as Mailchimp) to promote and communicate the organisation's work and consumer representative prospects
Create content for social media and website in line with organisational plans and key messages
