Cleaning Brisbane is seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead evening cleans at a local aquatic centre on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on supervisory role — you'll be working alongside your team carrying out a range of specialist cleaning tasks while ensuring high standards are met across the entire facility.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and work alongside a small cleaning team during evening shifts
Pressure wash pool decks, surrounds, and outdoor hard surfaces to a high standard
Clean internal and external windows, glass partitions, and pool-area dividers
Thoroughly clean change rooms, toilets, and all public areas of the facility
Maintain cleaning standards in line with health, hygiene, and wet area safety regulations
Manage stock levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment; report maintenance issues or hazards
Complete end-of-shift sign-off checklists and report to management
What we're looking for
Must reside on the Gold Coast (essential)
Previous experience in commercial cleaning — supervisory experience preferred
Hands-on experience with pressure washing equipment and window/glass cleaning techniques
Comfortable working in wet environments and around pool areas
Solid attention to detail and a pride in quality work
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
Available to work evenings, 7:00pm–11:00pm
Valid driver's licence and own transport (desirable)
