Change Manager - Finance Transformation
12-Month Contract | $1,000/day + Super | Hybrid Working

We're partnering with a leading Big 4 bank to recruit an experienced Change Manager for a major finance transformation program focused on consolidating reconciliation systems and processes.

You'll lead change across a complex enterprise initiative, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to drive adoption, business readiness and successful implementation.

We're looking for:
Proven Change Management experience within financial services
Robust finance background with an understanding of reconciliation processes and finance operations
Experience delivering change on finance transformation or systems implementation programs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

This is an exciting chance to join a high-profile transformation program on an initial 12-month contract with hybrid working.
