Venue Manager – Northcote

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to join our team and oversee our vibrant pub-style venue in Northcote.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, community-focused setting, knows how to deliver a great customer experience, and has a passion for creating a welcoming and lively venue.

About the Role
Lead day-to-day bar operations across our Northcote venue
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team culture
Deliver excellent customer service and set the standard for the team
Assisting with overseeing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Assisting driving sales, manage wage forecasting
Ensure compliance with RSA, OH&S;, and liquor licence requirements
Collaborate with venue management on events, promotions, and customer experience

About You
Previous experience in a Venue manager or senior supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team




A hands-on operator who leads by example
Solid knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and cost management
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Current RSA certificate (mandatory)
Flexibility to work evenings, Public Holidays and weekends as required
