Assistant Night Manager

As the Assistant Night Manager your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to
Fostering strong communication between the Night team and day team
Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests
Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive
Actively resolve guest complaints and challenges to high levels of satisfaction
Provide guidance, supporting training and leading the team




Take responsibility for the night audit function alongside the Night Manager, ensuring that all auditing income and revenue reporting are collated to a high level of accuracy
Be responsible for the health and safety of all guests and staff members
Working the night shift 11pm-7am
Assistant Night Manager role is full time

Qualifications and requirements
Solid communication skills.
High level of computer literacy – Excel and Opera experience
Excellent attention to detail.
RSA and First Aid qualifications or be willing to obtain.

You must be in Australia and have permanent work rights, no sponsorship available
