We currently have 4 locations and are about to launch our current restaurant in Mitcham Vic.

We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for all aspects of operations, fostering a positive culture and delivering a outstanding experience to our guests

Essential duties for the role include the following:
A passion for creating dynamic menus and food
Managing and motivating your team to perform at a high level
Solid financial acumen relevant to labour and COGs control
Have the ability to review operational performance and make improvements where necessary
Ensure strict cost controls and delivering results in line with KPI's
Working in accordance with Food Safety and complying with legislative requirements pertaining to food preparation and handling




Working Hands On in the kitchen with your team

In order to be successful for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
A genuine passion for food with attention to detail with presentation
Knowledge and Experience of Greek and Mediterranean cuisines
Trade qualifications and previous experience in a similar role managing a solid team
A customer service focus, with the ability to surprise and delight our guests with innovative and stylish food through your teams delivery
An ability to think on your feet and multi-task
Leadership ability, with previous experience mentoring your team and apprentices in the kitchen
Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluent English
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
