Narad Harvesting based out of Albury, NSW, have an opportunity available for a full-time Horticultural Supervisor who will work across major contracts throughout Current South Wales and Queensland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

. Recruiting, managing, training, and coordinating groups of harvest workers to match harvest requirements.
. Overseeing the team and ensuring adherence with daily targets
. Abiding by all Harvest and Workplace Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
. Leading by example and providing a secure working environment
. Liaising and planning details of machinery, equipment, and resources to carry out various works
. Maintaining professional relationships with clients and the public
. Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting

This work is seasonal and day to day work volumes vary, so successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours, including early starts. Actual Hours vary depending upon seasonal conditions,



harvest seasons and will be required to travel to supervise teams to ensure standards of work and ensure teams meet daily work targets.

Essential requirements:
Be currently living in Australia.
Be willing to work in regional and remote areas.
Willing to relocate based on seasonal demands.
Have previous experience in Australian horticulture (supervision experience highly desirable)
Hold relevant qualifications (such as Certificate IV in Business, supervision or leadership)
Hold a current driver’s license and access to a car.
Have excellent problem-solving skills.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have sound knowledge of workplace health and safety.
Hold a current forklift licence and have operational experience.
Have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Proficient in Nepali and Hindi

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
