We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Hands to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, including meat and vegetables
Prepare beef stock for daily service
Cook and prepare meals according to customer orders and dietary requirements
Maintain food quality, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well presented
Assemble and plate meals, including adding beef stock and garnishes
Store food and ingredients correctly in refrigerators and other storage areas

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of full time experience in a professional kitchen
Strong attention to food quality and presentation
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to work independently when required
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
Must hold a valid visa with legal working rights in Australia
