What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues
Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, productive and fun
A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude
Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade
Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into excellent guest experiences
Excellent communication and organisational skills




Experience with gaming, cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred
RSA essential
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods
