Virtuosi School of Music is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced piano teacher to join our friendly and passionate teaching team at our Grange studio for an immediate start.

At Virtuosi, our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of music while developing each student's confidence, musicianship and potential through high-quality tuition in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We currently have immediate teaching opportunities across one, two or three weekday afternoons/evenings, with existing students ready to commence lessons and the chance to build your teaching load over time.

The successful applicant will:
Provide engaging individual piano tuition to students of all ages and abilities.
Encourage and inspire students to achieve their individual musical goals.
Prepare students for concerts, examinations, auditions and performances where appropriate.
Work collaboratively as part of our teaching team to maintain the high standards of the school.
Hold, or be willing to obtain,



a current Queensland Working with Children (Blue Card).

Preference will be given to applicants with:
Previous piano teaching experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
Tertiary music qualifications or equivalent teaching and performance experience.
A skilled, reliable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
