We are an established Italian restaurant in Glen Waverley seeking a motivated and reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a part time, flexible hours basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace assisting with daily service and food preparation across lunch and dinner service.

Food preparation for lunch and dinner service
Supporting senior chefs during service
Maintaining consistency, presentation, and portion standards
Stock rotation and assisting with basic kitchen operations
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
